The year 2019 will be coming to a close within the next week, and myFM reached out to several politicians, councillors, and community organizations to reflect on the previous year.
Regional Councillor for Ward 3, Mike Cluett says that 2019 has been filled with a lot of interaction with the Province of Ontario, but says it’s time to move ahead.
He adds that there was a big emphasis on infrastructure in the 2020 budget that was approved a couple of weeks ago.
Over the year, the prospect of Bill 108, and a Regional Review hanging over the Town of Milton’s head.
With both issues becoming cleared up, Councillor Cluett says it’s time pave the way for projects in town.
