Our End-of-the-Year interview segments are continuing today as we speak with the Townsend Smith Foundations, Kate Holmes.
It was a big year for the Foundation.
As their Director of Development, Holmes reflects back on what stood out from 2019.
Holmes adds that her big goal for 2020 is to make sure Townsend Smith Foundation has a building for their potential hospice.
She says they continue to work with the Town of Milton and Conservation Halton to get the job done.
Holmes says she’s grateful for the work the community did for the Foundation.
Holmes adds that while January 1st would be a great date for a property for Townsend Smith’s hospice, they’re still working on it.
She just hopes the donations and fundraisers continue in 2020 and onward.
