A 27 year old Mississauga man is facing a number of charges following a break in at a Milton restaurant on Tuesday.
Halton Police responded to a break and enter at Grill Daddy on Main Street just after 3 p.m. on Tuesday morning.
Cash had been taken from the register and officers were able to identify the suspect.
He was picked up and has since been charged with breaking and entering, possession of property obtained by crime and breach of probation.
The suspect is being held on bail.
Police are asking anyone with information regarding this incident to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
