The Halton Police are looking for any witnesses who may have seen a shirtless man running into traffic in north Milton on Saturday December 7th.
Just before 5pm, the man had shoplifted from the Canadian Tire and ran into traffic on Steeles Avenue East and Esquesing Line hoping get a ride.
He attempted to stop vehicles in order to get away and was unsuccessful.
