Milton’s Town Council has approved a motion asking to create a new parking offence for unauthorized parking on residential landscapes.
This will allow a more efficient way for enforcement officers to process or answer to complaints from residents about parking on front and side yards.
This allows Town officers to issue tickets if anyone is found parked in these areas.
It will help the Town of Milton avoid the time consuming process of having to deal with zoning notices.
