A charge has been laid in the E Bike collision that took place in Milton on August 18th.
Shortly after midnight, a jeep driven by a 24 year old Burlington woman collided with the rear end of an E Bike driven by a 35 year old Mississauga man.
The collision happened in the northbound lanes of Trafalgar Road north near Lower Base Line in Milton.
The driver of the E bike was transported to Hamilton General Hospital in critical condition as a result of severe head trauma.
He is still at Hamilton General with life altering injuries.
Haleigh Hutchinson was charged with one count of dangerous operation of a conveyance- causing bodily harm.
She will make a court appearance on December 16th in Milton.
