A local resident complained to Town Council regarding the display.
There were questions of whether or not the event would be shut down.

Garber says the woman has complained nearly every year, despite the event being for charity.
He adds that she knows the event is charitable.
There was speculation as to whether or not the event would continue past this year.
Garber says that while his wife is hesitant to continue, he wants to keep going.
Regional Councillor Mike Cluett says the issues never had to with decorations but rather the sidewalk clean up.
They asked for some minor changes to the Haunted House display to address that issue.
The Town says they never issued a shut down notice.
Garber says it will still be a fun night of scares and laughter.
The Team Garber Charity Haunted House is on Halloween night.
It starts at 4:00p.m. at 1086 Meighen Way in Milton.
