Facing charges of sexual assault of children, 32-year old Timi Gusak appeared in a Kitchener court last week.
It’s believed by police that the Milton man sexually assaulted three young girls in stairwells.
Gusak has also been charged with possession of child pornography.
He was denied bail by the judge.
Gusak is expected to appear in court by video tomorrow (Wednesday, October 2nd).
