The Halton Police are holding a paper shredding event.
The goal is to help residents and business owners combat identity theft and related fraud.
Participants are asked to make a cash donation to Halton Crime Stoppers.
The Shred Event will be at the Halton Regional Police Headquarters at 2485 North Service Road West in Oakville.
It will take place on Saturday, October 5th, from 10:00a.m. – 5:00p.m..
