The Halton Police are reminding residents about the Epic Bike Tour happening this weekend.
On Sunday, September 8th, from 7:00a.m. – 4:00p.m., thousands of cyclists will be out on the roads.
The Tour will run across the north-west Milton and north Burlington areas.
Britannia Road will be closed to all westbound traffic from Tremaine Road to Cedar Springs Road from approximately 7:00a.m. until just after 11:00a.m..
Eastbound will remain entirely open and north/southbound will only be allowed access when directed by an officer and when safe and clear.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area along Britannia Road during the busy periods.
