
The Dads of Milton are holding a charity fundraising homerun derby!
Proceeds from the Step Up to the Plate 2.0 Homerun Derby will go to Halton Women’s Place.
Participants will be able to donate $20 to hit a few dingers.
Founder of the Dads of Milton, James Secondino, talks about what else attendees can expect.
Secondino adds the raffle prizes include a Guerrero Jr. Jays jersey, an autographed Leafs jersey, and a Raptors jersey.
He talks about how they decided on Halton Women’s Place as the charity.
The goal this year was to surpass their $8,000 mark from last year.
The Step Up to the Plate 2.0 Homerun Derby is at Lions Park in Milton on Saturday, August 31st.
It starts at 10:00a.m., and will run until 3:00p.m..
