Five people were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after a collision on 20 Sideroad in Milton on August 15th.
The collision happened at the intersection of 20 Sideroad and Second Line Nassagaweya when a southbound Nissan SUV and an eastbound Ford pickup hauling a horse trailer were overturned in a ditch.
All involved were able to get out of their vehicles.
The four adults and one youth traveling in the SUV were taken to Georgetown District Hospital.
The horse traveling in the trailer was uninjured and was sent to the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph for observation.
The intersection was closed for two hours as police investigated.
