The Milton Public Library is inviting residents to donate non-perishable food items as part of a Diwali food drive supporting Food for Life.
The drive is collecting donations from October 1st through October 31st, at any Milton Public Library location. Organizers are especially seeking rice, cooking oil, flour, spices such as garam masala, coriander powder, jeera powder and turmeric, as well as pasta and pasta sauce.
The food collected during the drive will be donated to Food for Life.
