A Milton woman is the latest local lottery winner!
Kimberley M. took home $333,333.40 when she split the MAXMILLIONS prize in the May 8th LOTTO MAX draw.
She had this ticket in her wallet for a few months before she remembered to check it.
“I stopped for gas and had three tickets to check, so I asked the clerk to scan them for me” she shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up her windfall. “When I found out this one was a major winner, I couldn’t believe it. I cried tears of joy.”
Kimberley called her boyfriend with the news.
“He was so surprised and happy for me. I also told my kids and sister, and they were all thrilled for me.”
She plans to invest most of her winnings and travel somewhere warm.
The winning ticket was purchased at Petro-Canada on Guelph Line in Campbellville.
