The Halton Regional Police have arrested and charged a 64-year-old Burlington man following a sexual assault investigation at a local vape store.
Investigators say an adult female victim was recently assaulted while attending Vape on Plains II at 1376 Plains Road East. They identified the suspect as the owner of the store, Mouhamad “Frank” Sabra, who also owns Vape on Plains at 70 Plains Road West.
According to police, the assault occurred while the victim was alone in the store with the accused.
On Tuesday, September 8th, the HRPS arrested Sabra. He has been charged with:
- Sexual Assault
- Failing to Comply with a Probation Order
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
Investigators believe there may be additional victims.
