Investigators are seeking additional victims following the arrest of a 73-year-old Oakville man in connection with an alleged sexual assault investigation.
Police allege that between December 2025 and April 2026, Allen Siu Ming Chow met an adult female victim online before meeting her in person on multiple occasions. During the alleged encounters, Chow is accused of rendering the woman unconscious and unresponsive before sexually assaulting her.
Police further allege that Chow covertly recorded the assaults on his cellphone without the victim’s knowledge or consent.
Chow was arrested and charged on August 27th with:
- Overcoming Resistance by Administering or Attempting to Administer a Drug
- Sexual Assault Causing Bodily Harm
- Voyeurism
He was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
According to police, Chow was previously sentenced to 18 years in prison following an investigation that resulted in multiple convictions for sexual offences. He was released on federal parole in March 2025.
