Halton Police charged a Brampton man with impaired driving after following up on a citizen-initiated complaint Thursday evening (Aug. 20)
Officers responded to the complaint in the area of Guelph Street and Main Street in Georgetown around 6:15 p.m. As a result of their investigation, a 42-year-old Brampton man was charged with blood alcohol concentration of 80mgs or more, within two hours.
The charge has not been tested in court.
Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired charges.
