The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is investigating a shooting in Georgetown.
Officers first received reports of gunfire at around 3:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 5th in the area of James Young Drive.
Several rounds had been fired into a home and a parked vehicle in that home’s driveway. The suspect(s) had fled prior to police arrival.
There are no reported injuries.
Forensic and Criminal investigators are currently processing the scene.
Anyone with doorbell camera, home security camera or dashcam footage of anything suspicious in this area at or around 3:00 a.m. are asked to contact the HRPS.
