Construction sign with worker
Motorists in Milton can expect traffic disruptions on Main Street West through early August as underground servicing work gets underway.
Crews are completing underground servicing at the northwest corner of Main Street West and Savoline Boulevard to support development at the northeast corner of Tremaine Road and Main Street West.
Construction is scheduled to run until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 7th, weather permitting.
During the work, westbound Main Street West will be closed between Savoline Boulevard and Tremaine Road. Westbound traffic will be detoured via Savoline Boulevard and Pringle Avenue.
The Town of Milton advises drivers to allow extra travel time, follow posted detour signs, and use caution when travelling through the construction area. Dates may change due to weather or construction conditions.
