A Burlington senior is dead following a single vehicle collision over the weekend.
On Saturday, May 30th, at about 7:25 p.m., the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) was notified of the collision. It happened near 1380 Old York Road in Burlington.
A red Buick sedan was travelling northbound on Old York Road when it left the roadway and collided with a tree. The driver, a 95-year-old Burlington resident, was taken to a local area hospital. He was pronounced dead.
