The Town of Milton is advising residents about upcoming reconstruction work on Morobel Drive and Pearl Street scheduled to begin later this month.
The project includes full road reconstruction on Morobel Drive from Steeles Avenue East to the end of the road, and on Pearl Street from Commercial Street to Sixteen Mile Creek.
Work will involve the removal and replacement of pavement, road base and subbase, installation of subdrains and storm sewers, curb replacement, and the addition of a new sidewalk on Pearl Street.
Construction is expected to begin late-May and continue until June 2027.
Residents are encouraged to plan ahead, follow posted signage, and consider alternate routes while construction is underway.
