The Halton District School Board (HDSB) will honour more than 100 students during its annual Celebration of Student Excellence.
A total of 109 students will be recognized at the 42nd annual event on Thursday, May 7th at Dr. Frank J. Hayden Secondary School in Burlington.
Each year, one student from every elementary and secondary school across the board is selected for their achievements in areas such as leadership, citizenship, academics, and community involvement.
The ceremony will also be available to watch online through a livestream on the board’s website, with a recording available afterward for families.
Board officials say the event highlights the positive impact students are making in their schools and communities while celebrating their dedication and accomplishments.
