MILTON, ON – A longtime fixture in Milton’s downtown core is preparing to say goodbye.
Brancier Jewellers has announced it will be closing its doors after more than six decades in Milton, bringing an end to a family legacy that spans over ninety years.
The business was originally founded in 1930 in Toronto by master watchmaker Paul Brancier.
In 1966, the family brought their craft to Milton, where the store quickly became a trusted destination for fine jewellery and watchmaking.

Over the years, the business grew under the leadership of Mark and Nadira Brancier. Mark, a graduate gemologist, and Nadira, a designer and goldsmith, helped build the store’s reputation for quality craftsmanship and personal service.

“Brancier Jewellers has been such an important part of my family’s life and our connection to this community,” Natasha Brancier said. “This decision comes from a desire to pursue a different lifestyle and new opportunities, but it’s not easy.”

As part of the closure, the store has launched what it describes as the largest sale in its history, with storewide savings across its entire inventory. The sale marks the final opportunity for customers to shop the collection before the store closes permanently.
For many in Milton, Brancier Jewellers has been part of life’s biggest moments, from engagements and weddings to anniversaries and milestones.
“It has truly been an honour to serve this community,” Brancier said. “We’re thankful to have been part of so many special moments in people’s lives.”
Customers are encouraged to visit early, as all remaining inventory will be available only while supplies last.
