Families and community members are invited to attend a free information session in Innisfil focused on healthy relationships and human trafficking awareness.
The event, hosted by the Nantyr Shores Secondary School School Council in partnership with My Sister’s Place, will take place on Tuesday, April 14th.
Titled Know the Signs: Healthy Relationships and Human Trafficking Awareness, the session will help participants understand the differences between healthy and unhealthy relationship dynamics, recognize warning signs and red flags related to human trafficking, and learn how to better protect and empower children and youth.
It runs from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Nantyr Shores Secondary School, located at 1146 Anna Maria Avenue in Innisfil.
Organizers ask those interested in attending to register in advance through the provided online form.
The event is funded through a Parents Reaching Out grant.
