A Milton woman is wanted by police in connection with a BB gun incident that targeted a home in Guelph.
Guelph Police say officers were called just after 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 19th to a residence near Hanlon Road and College Avenue West, where a woman was standing on the front porch when a van slowed and a female passenger fired several BBs at the home. The projectiles struck the residence, but no injuries were reported, and the victim did not know those involved.
Investigators say a 19-year-old Milton woman has been identified as a suspect and is wanted on charges including careless use of a weapon, possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose, discharging an air gun with intent and mischief under $5,000. A 19-year-old Guelph man has been arrested and faces the same charges.
As of the latest update, Guelph Police continue to search for the suspect as the investigation remains ongoing.
