The Town of Milton is advising residents and motorists of a temporary partial road closure on Appleby Line to support upcoming road construction.
Appleby Line will be partially closed between Derry Road and Rattlesnake Point Conservation Area on Thursday, January 22nd, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. During this time, no through traffic will be permitted along this section of the roadway.
A detour will be in place, directing drivers along Derry Road, Bell School Line and 14 Side Road. Motorists are encouraged to plan their travel in advance, follow posted signage, and allow extra time when travelling in the area.
The Town says the work is part of its ongoing investment in local infrastructure to ensure roads remain safe, accessible, and in a state of good repair for current and future community needs.
