The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) are looking for an unknown man following an attempted theft case at a local grocery store.
On Friday, August 8th, at roughly 6:00 p.m., the suspect entered Fortinos, located at 2025 Guelph Line in Burlington. He selected more than $300 in goods and left without making any attempt to pay.
When confronted by security, the suspect surrendered the items and fled into the parking lot.
The HRPS describe the suspect as:
- Male
- European
- bald
- salt-and-pepper goatee
- large build
- wearing a white shirt, black pants, and running shoes
