A Guelph man was arrested Tuesday after a man was threatened with a baseball bat.
At roughly 11:20 p.m. on Friday, June 13th, a Milton man was standing outside a business on Speedvale Avenue West when another man, who is not known to him, began staring at him. When the other man entered his residence, the victim got into his car.
The other man came back out of his residence with a baseball bat, raised it over his head and charged at the victim’s vehicle. The victim was able to leave the scene.
On Tuesday morning, a 27-year-old Guelph man was arrested for assault with a weapon.
He was held for a bail hearing and has been released to appear in court on July 25th.
