At the latest New Tecumseth Council meeting, a new member was appointed to the Traffic Advisory Committee.
Council also approved authorization for the Mayor and Treasurer to finalize funding agreements for upcoming capital projects.
Plans were presented for upgrades to the Doner Diamond and Rotary Pool parking lots near Stevenson Memorial Hospital, plus a proposal for offseason parking at Riverdale Pavilion.
Council also reviewed a pilot project on pickleball court access at local tennis courts, and considered recommendations for its future use.
