The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is looking for two suspects following a theft case at a local cosmetics store.
On Saturday, February 1st, at roughly 5:45 p.m., two male suspects entered the Sephora location at 900 Maple Avenue in Burlington. They grabbed a large quantity of cosmetics, and hid them in their jacket pockets and a pink tote bag. Upon being confronted by store security, they returned two items before exiting the store without paying for the remaining items, valued at more than $980.
The HRPS describes the suspects as:
- Suspect 1 – Male, blond hair, goatee, wearing a black jacket, black shirt, black pants, white shoes, and carrying a white tote bag.
- Suspect 2 – Male, thin moustache, tattoo behind right ear, wearing a black cap, black leather jacket, black pants, black shoes, and carrying a pink tote bag.
Two other theft cases happened at a Milton Sephora location last month:
- Pair of women wanted for stealing from Milton cosmetics store
- Another theft case at Milton cosmetics store is being investigated
