Halton Healthcare has announced the launch of a new Clinical Service Plan.
They say their brochure, called ‘Providing the Services and Care our Growing Community Needs’, has been created with the goal of meeting the evolving needs of Halton’s diverse and expanding population.
“We encourage you to explore the key insights into our mission, vision, and values, our commitment to inspiring care and a snapshot of the clinical service plan that will guide us forward,” explains a release. “The brochure also shares an overview of One Halton Healthcare, which is our vision and plan for a more coordinated and integrated approach to our planning. This bold, unified approach integrates our care, people, and spaces across three hospitals and nine community sites to build a seamless, patient-centered system that can continue to deliver exemplary patient experiences, always.”
