It’s almost time to ‘Run for Milton’!
The annual fundraiser is set to return for another year. It’s organized by Mercy 4 Mankind, a subsidiary of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association (AMYA). This will be their third year post-pandemic, and their seventh year total!
All money raised will help the Milton District Hospital Foundation (MDHF). Their goal this year is to raise $50,000, with the total goal of $100,000 in a ten-year span.
Run For Milton will start at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 21st with a short opening ceremony period outside of the Mattamy National Cycling Centre at 2015 Pan Am Boulevard in Milton. There will be a timed 5km run and a 1km ‘Fun Walk’.
