An Oakville man has an extra six-figures in his bank account following a lottery win!
Michel Manseau matched the last six of seven ENCORE numbers in exact order in the Tuesday, July 30th LOTTO MAX draw to win $100,000!
The 61-year-old started his day with the news.
“It was early morning… I logged into my account on the app and saw the amount I had won,” he recalled while visiting the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings. “Honestly, I was skeptical at first. I had to look at the amount a few times, recounting the zeros to make sure I was reading the number correctly.”
After finishing his morning routine, Manseau told his wife of the great news.
“She didn’t believe me at first and kept saying, ‘You’re joking!’ I showed her the email, confirming it was real. She was so happy for us. It was such an exciting moment to share with her.”
The winning ticket was purchased on OLG.ca.
