Another year, another food drive is in the books!
We’ve gotten the results for the 6th annual ‘All Hands on Deck’ food drive, held on Thursday, August 15th at John’s No Frills in Milton. After counting food donations, all 250 $5 grab bags purchased from inside the grocery store, along with gift cards and cash donations, the number is sitting just shy of $6000 in value. All of that has been donated to Food4Kids Halton as they prepare for the start of the school year.
Speaking with Food4Kids Halton’s new Executive Director, Jennifer Sully-Ferraro, she says donations are needed now more than ever.
