A new 1.3 million square foot logistics complex is being developed north of Steeles Avenue near Toronto Premium Outlets, marking a significant development for Halton Hills.
Mayor Ann Lawlor praised the project, highlighting its strategic location with easy access to Hwy. 401 and major G-T-A hubs.
It’s anticipated the new site will generate up to 2,000 jobs and will feature 175 dock doors and 260 trailer parking spaces, catering to businesses seeking logistics facilities.
