We have the latest crime map update from the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS).
READ – Several banks and grocery store in Milton vandalized, suspect arrested
The map details when and where reported crimes took place in Milton. Between Monday, June 24th and Monday, July 1st, there were at least 57 cases of crime took place. Here’s what we found:

Among the 57 potential cases of crime, 12 were hit and run cases, 11 were theft cases of some kind, and five were break and enter cases.

With the number of theft and theft from vehicle cases, we’ll recycle a message from the HRPS where it encourages residents to implement the following theft prevention tips:
- Ensure your unattended vehicle(s) are locked and secure;
- Never leave spare keys in your vehicle;
- Remove valuables from plain view; and,
- Equip your vehicle with an alarm.
