Are you pro or anti outdoor cats?
My wife and I came across an outdoor cat over the long weekend. This started a conversation between us. I grew up with our cats always being outdoor cats. My wife only had indoor cats.
Do you think cats should be allowed outside or do you think it’s too dangerous?
I will add, this cat that we found had an air tag on its collar (which I found very neat).
Let me know!

Daily WTF – A teen tech whiz nicknamed ‘God’s influencer’ will become the first millennial saint
We have the first ever ‘Millennial Saint’. Pope Francis and The Vatican have approved Carlo Acutis for canonization. He died in 2006 from leukemia at the young age of 15. Acutis was ahead of his time, however, as the teenager used the internet to spread the word of God. This led to him being referred to as “God’s influencer” and the “patron saint of the internet.” He’ll reach sainthood sometime next year.

Mandarin Free Buffet Meal: Free Food Offer on Canada Day 2024 Draws Huge Crowd
Did you go to the Mandarin yesterday? To celebrate 45 years in Canada, the famous buffet restaurant held a special promotion. If you showed up at any restaurant location in Ontario, you could get a free buffet meal. As expected, this led to massive lineups and crowds at each location. It was first come, first served as thousands of people lined up. People got their free food, though. Gotta respect the hustle to lineup for hours to get a free buffet on a holiday Monday.
Jamie Foxx’s mysterious health scare started with ‘bad headache’
You might remember that last year, there was a stretch where we thought Jamie Foxx might have been on his death bed. The most talented man in Hollywood was hospitalized, with very little information being shared. Fortunately, he pulled through. Since then, very little details about what happened have been provided. That is, until Foxx spoke on it himself. He says it started with a bad headache. After taking an Advil, everything went blank. He says he woke up 20 days later in the hospital. Foxx adds that he doesn’t remember a thing. The video of his explanation has been shared around online, and many people are saying there has to be more to the story. Maybe there is! Thing is, he doesn’t need to tell us. Until he shares more, we won’t know. It’s that simple. Happy he’s still alive!

GOOD NEWS – MrBeast gives away 100 homes to families in need
Popular YouTuber MrBeast has made a name for himself by doing largescale good deeds. Whether it’s planting trees, feeding people, or helping the blind see again, the guy has done a lot with his fame and fortune. MrBeast is in the headlines again this week after he built and gave away free 100 homes to families in need in Jamaica, El Salvador and Argentina. He even shared personal stories of families, and how they came to lose their homes, whether it was by flooding, tornadoes, or more. Now, they have a place to live, free of charge! And that’s some good news…
Michael J. Fox joins Coldplay on stage at Glastonbury Festival
Actor Michael J. Fox has been living with Parkinson’s Disease since 1991. He hasn’t let that stop him from living his life. Case in point, he joined Coldplay at Glastonbury Festival in England this past weekend. He managed to play the guitar for the band for two songs, including the solo on ‘Fix You’. Singer Chris Martin told Fox and the crowd that they wouldn’t be in a band if it weren’t for watching ‘Back to the Future’ as kids, and here they are, nearly 40 years later, playing on stage with Marty McFly himself. This time, though, the crowd was into his guitar playing.
Baby name expert reveals parents are picking names ending in ‘ai’
AI is taking over everything, including baby names! A baby name expert has found that names ending in ‘ai’ (pronounced like eye) are on the upswing. She says that new parents are always looking to be early on trends, and this latest one is pretty interesting. The list of names she provided has origins from many cultures, and include:
- Jakai
- Zakai
- Adlai
- Lorelai
- Mordecai
- Ozai
- Azakai
For the new parents and soon-to-be new parents, what do you think? Any of these catch your ‘ai’?
