How do you feel about public proposals?
A woman has sparked a debate online after she turned down her boyfriend’s proposal at a Taylor Swift concert. Many people will propose during a live rendition of ‘Love Story’. Like many before him, this woman’s boyfriend got down on one knee during the line, “Marry me, Juliette. You’ll never be alone.”
She said no. The reason why is that she didn’t like the setting for the proposal.
Where do you stand on public proposals? Yay or nay?
Let me know!

Daily WTF – Scientists create smiling robot face from living human skin cells
We’re closing in on that Terminator-esque robot revolution. Scientists used human skin cells grown in a lab to help put together the face of a robot. Combining this real flesh with robotics, they were able to make their robot face smile. The skin is so advanced that it’s even self healing! Now, this is a great advancement for people serious burns, or those suffering from muscle issues after experiencing strokes – that news is great. BUT, and this is a big but, real flesh on robotic faces is like, two steps removed from Arnold Schwarzenegger going back in time to find Sarah Connor. We’re almost there!

GOOD NEWS – Pennsylvania shelter dog finds forever home after 7 years of waiting
Sometimes all you need is a little hope. Ella the rescue dog was in living at the shelter for seven years. She was waiting for her forever home, but due to signs of fear of aggression, she was never chosen by people looking to adopt a dog. That’s when a woman named Kaitlyn showed up. Her dog Jo had just passed away a few months earlier. She donated Jo’s stuff to the animal shelter, but decided a few months later she was willing to make a new friend for life. That’s when she saw Ella, who was sitting in her crate with Jo’s favourite bandana on her. Despite Ella’s history, the two bonded immediately, with Ella cuddling Kaitlyn as soon as she could. When asked, she said the bandana was the sign she needed, calling it Jo’s stamp of approval. Ella now has her forever home after waiting seven long years in the shelter… And that’s some good news!

It’s expected to be a faithful adaptation of the books, with people believing each season of the show will cover each book. Right now, HBO has it slated for a 2026 release date, so we’re potentially less than two years away from it! I’m always on board for more Harry Potter.
