The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) has made an arrest in a sexual assault case that was reported earlier this month.
On Thursday, June 13th, officers with the Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit arrived in Mississauga to arrest 30-year-old Magdy Ibrahim. He has been charged with one count of Sexual Assault and two counts of Fail to Comply with a Release Order.
At the time of his arrest, Ibrahim was in breach of multiple Release Orders with conditions to reside with his surety at a residence in Mississauga. These conditions stem from similar charges he is facing in other jurisdictions.
