Next week is Paramedic Services Week and Halton Region is inviting you to join in on the celebration.
They’ve announced Paramedic Day! At the free event, attendees can climb aboard an emergency vehicle, try on some tactical gear and have family fun with bouncy castles, face painting crafts, and more!
“I’m proud of our dedicated paramedics and the critical work they do in our community to keep us safe and healthy,” says Halton Regional Chair Gary Carr. “We can always count on them to provide vital lifesaving medical care, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Paramedic Day is one way we can thank them for all they do as we celebrate Paramedic Services Week together.”
It’ll be on Saturday, May 25th, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (rain or shine) at Woodlands Operations Centre at 1179 Bronte Road in Oakville.
Paramedic Services Week takes place from May 19-25. To learn more, click here.
