The Town of Milton is getting ready for National Youth Week with a number of events.
It will take place from Wednesday, May 1st to Tuesday, May 7th. Here’s what the Town has planned for local youth:
- Wednesday, May 1st
- Milton Youth Awards Ceremony (Invitation only), 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at the Milton Seniors’ Activity Centre
- Free Youth Drop-in Basketball, 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. at Milton Sports Centre (Registration required)
- Skills and Drills Q&A with Conestoga College, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Milton Sports Centre (Registration required)
- Thursday, May 2nd
- Free Youth Drop-in Basketball, 2:30-4:30 p.m. at Milton Sports Centre (Registration required)
- Free Youth Fun Swim, 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Milton Leisure Centre (Registration required)
- Saturday, May 4th
- Milton Youth Market, 10:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the Milton Community Park gazebo
- 3V3 Youth Basketball tournament, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Milton Community Park (Registration required)
- Youth Try The Track, 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. at the Mattamy National Cycling Centre (Registration required)
- Sunday, May 5th
- Free Youth Fun Skate, 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. at Milton Sports Centre (Registration required)
- Free Youth Swim, 3:00 p.m. – 4:25 p.m. at Milton Sports Centre (Registration required)
