This seems to track with the most recent weather, as we’ve seen the snow melt after a cold snap in early January. We’ll keep our fingers crossed! Here’s the latest forecast for Milton here.
Over in Nova Scotia, Shubenacadie Sam did not see her shadow this morning, which means the east coast is expecting an early spring. Same goes for the most famous woodchuck, Punxsutawney Phil.
Global News had a livestream of the prognostication. You can watch it here.
