
A business, entrepreneur and networking conference is being held in Milton, and it has an interesting inclusion.
The FutureBizNow Conference will showcase more than 20 speakers with workshops, exhibitors, networking and more for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and non-profits. Topics will include:

- Technology and mental health, and more
There will also be a special guest, as joining Allister Coward, NPA Executive Director, FutureBizNow partner, and champion of the Bonus Tourism Day to Buxton, Ontario, will be Mayor Johnny Ford of Tuskegee, Alabama. Mayor Ford is the founder and CEO of World Conference of Mayors for Historical Black Townships. Along with Mayor Ford will be Mayor Darryl Johnson of Mound Bayou, Mississippi. On Thursday, October 5th, Mayor Johnson unveiled the Emmett Till Museum in Mound Bayou.
The group has also invited the mayors of Milton, Oakville, Burlington, Halton Hills, and Chatham-Kent County.
It is scheduled for Wednesday, October 25th at The Connect Centre at 121 Chisholm Drive in Milton. It’ll run from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
