Charges have been laid against an Oakville Fire fighter following an on-duty incident involving a member of the Halton EMS.
Halton Regional Police laid charges after both the Fire Department and the Halton Emergency Medical Services responded to a call at a hotel room in Oakville on October 8.
Police say an altercation took place between a member of the Oakville Fire Department and two Halton EMS staff.
Police arrested a 52 year Oakville firefighter on Tuesday (oct10) and charged him with 2 counts of assault.
