Good news!
The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) says that 15-year-old Serene Deveau has been safely located.
She had been missing since last being seen on Friday morning.
At the request of the HRPS, all photos of Deveau have been removed from our pages.

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is still searching for a missing teenage girl from Oakville.
The release was issued over the long weekend and an update has not been provided at the time of writing.
15-year-old Serene Deveau was last seen on the morning of Friday, September 1st in the area of Winston Churchill Boulevard and Upper Middle Road East in Oakville.
Serene Deveau is described by the HRPS as:
- Female, White
- Roughly 5’2” tall, with a thin build
- Short shag hair that is half blonde and half brown
Deveau was last seen wearing a grey zip up sweater and black track pants. She may be in the Kitchener area.
Police and her family are concerned for her well-being and anyone with information about Serene or her possible whereabouts is asked to contact police through 9-1-1 or via the non-emergency line at 905-825-4777.
