The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) has confirmed the death of 42-year-old Mustafa Toufexief.
He had been missing since the morning of Saturday, July 8th when he was last seen in the area of Cornwall Road and Ford Drive in Oakville.
Here’s what the release from the HRPS says:
“It is with great sadness that the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) announces that Mustafa Toufexief has been located deceased.
“The HRPS would also like to express condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Toufexief as they grieve during this difficult time.
“Out of respect of privacy for the family there will be no further updates from police.”
At the request of the HRPS, all photos of Toufexief have been removed from our site.

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is asking for help in finding an Oakville man.
42-year-old Mustafa Toufexief was last seen in Oakville in the area of Cornwall Road and Ford Drive at roughly 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 8th.
Toufexief is described by the HRPS as:
- 5’6″ tall with a heavy build;
- white skin;
- grey hair;
- last seen wearing a blue and white striped polo shirt, grey pants, white shoes and blue baseball cap; and,
- may be riding a bicycle.
Toufexief is known to frequent the Bromsgrove Road area of Mississauga.
