An arrest has been made in relation to a fatal collision that happened on the 400 last September (2022).
OPP responded to the 2-vehicle accident just south of Bass Pro Mills Drive in Vaughan in which a car collided with a mini van.
Three people in the van received minor injuries while the 4th person, a 73 year old North York woman was killed.
Witnesses reported seeing the driver of the car walking away from the collision scene.
A 31-years-old Richmond Hill resident has since been located and is facing 9 charges including Dangerous operation causing death, Failing to stop at an accident scene and Possession for
the purpose of trafficking.
