
The latest COVID-19 stats for Milton and Halton are now available.
Two additional deaths are shown in the totals. One was a Burlington resident, giving the city 213 total deaths. The other death was an Oakville resident, giving the town 152 total deaths. Milton remains at 87 total deaths. Halton Hills remains at 75. Halton is now at 527 deaths total from COVID-19.
Across Halton, there are 55 new cases. The total number of cases is up to 59,265. There have been 1,884 total hospitalizations in Halton and 527 deaths.
In Milton, we had seven new cases. That brings us to 15,174 total cases. There have been 427 total hospitalizations in Milton and 87 deaths.
There are currently no outbreaks reported in Milton.
Looking at vaccination numbers, a total of 1,560,491 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in Halton. 1,392,286 of the doses were to Halton residents.
