
The latest COVID-19 stats for Milton and Halton are now available.
Three additional deaths are shown in the totals. Two of the deaths were Oakville residents, giving the town 151 total deaths. The third death was a Burlington resident at 211 total deaths. Milton remains at 87 total deaths. Halton Hills remains at 75. Halton is now at 524 deaths total from COVID-19.
Across Halton, there are 88 new cases. The total number of cases is up to 59,178. There have been 1,871 total hospitalizations in Halton and 524 deaths.
In Milton, we had seven new cases. That brings us to 15,161 total cases. There have been 425 total hospitalizations in Milton and 87 deaths.
There are currently no outbreaks reported in Milton.
Looking at vaccination numbers, a total of 1,553,549 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in Halton. 1,385,831 of the doses were to Halton residents.
