No injuries have been reported following a structure fire on 30th Side road in Essa Township.
Nottawasaga OPP closed 30th side road around 7 Monday (may1) morning between the 8th and 9th Lines for about 2 and half hours while crews battled flames and heavy smoke.
The occupants of a basement apartment were able to get themselves out prior to the arrival of emergency personal.
The road re-opened around 9:30.
Damage has been pegged at approximately $600,000.
